Psychotherapy offers a safe space for you to explore any difficulties you might be experiencing in a comfortable, welcoming and confidential environment. Counselling sessions can be held face-to-face in-person or remotely over secure voice or video call.
Emma Chamberlain (she/her/hers) can help you explore your feelings, thoughts and the decisions you make in your life and how they affect you and your relationships. Working with a well-qualified and experienced Psychotherapist who is trained to work individually, non-judgmentally and with emphatic understanding, can be a worthwhile and enlightening process enabling personal growth, self-awareness, and an increased capacity for communication with others. This provides the opportunity to actively resolve any issues that are impacting on your ability to enjoy life.
Areas of work include: Divorce, separation, anxiety, depression, stress, panic attacks, emotional distress, low self-esteem, relationship problems, work-related problems, grief, bereavement and loss, fear, anger, trauma, self-harm, bullying, and those struggling with life’s transitional times.
In-person counselling sessions take place in a comfortable and private consulting room in the attractive market town of Stony Stratford in Buckinghamshire. It is ideally located for individuals seeking counselling in Milton Keynes, Northampton, Buckingham, Towcester, Newport Pagnell, Winslow, Woburn Sands, Olney and the surrounding villages. Sessions can also be held remotely over secure voice or video call.
