We can help you explore your feelings, thoughts and the decisions you make in your life and how they affect you and your relationships. Working with a well-qualified and experienced Psychotherapist who is trained to work individually, non-judgmentally and with emphatic understanding, can be a worthwhile and enlightening process enabling personal growth, self-awareness, and an increased capacity for communication with others. This provides the opportunity to actively resolve any issues that are impacting on your ability to enjoy life.
Areas of work include: Divorce, separation, anxiety, depression, stress, panic attacks, emotional distress, low self-esteem, relationship problems, work-related problems, grief, bereavement and loss, fear, anger, trauma, self-harm, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, bullying, suicidal thoughts and those struggling with life’s transitional times.
Pre-pandemic, counselling sessions took place in a comfortable and private consulting room in the attractive market town of Stony Stratford in Buckinghamshire. When face-to-face meetings can take place again, the consulting room will reopen and is ideally located for individuals seeking counselling in Milton Keynes, Northampton, Buckingham, Towcester, Newport Pagnell, Winslow, Woburn Sands, Olney and the surrounding villages. Currently counselling sessions are held over secure voice or video call.
